What are A Brite's hours of operation?
Currently, our business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Thursday. Receiving in the warehouse can be scheduled as early as 6 AM. Our technical sales staff is available on Fridays as well. Calls left on Friday will be returned the next business day.
What regional market does A Brite Company cover?
A Brite has customers all over the United States as well as Canada and Mexico. Because we are based in North Texas our primary markets are Texas and the surrounding states including Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Colorado, and New Mexico. We also have Independent Technical reps who service clients in the northeast and southeast.
How do I place an order and/or check the status of an order?
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to current supply chain conditions, all delivery estimates are updated as orders are processed. If we have an item in stock the orders ship within 24-48 hours. We do have options for emergency deliveries within our immediate area (North Texas).
